Rotary dryer--fertilizer drying machine
Rotary dryer is widely used for drying materials in the industries of cemet, sand,animal manure like chicken manure,cow manure,sheep manure, city waste and compoud fertilizer, etc. Feeding and discharging unit is installed with thermocouple to control the rotary dryer(www.mmjixie.com) temperature. ( generally 250-350°C)
Working principle of rotary dryer
Rotary dryer adopts direct heating air with heat soure from firing unit. The material to be dried is pushed immindiately by spiral board when materials enters the shell. Because the rotary dryer is installed in slope,meanwhile, it is lifted by board repeatedly up and down accordingly, which make the material mix evenly with the hot air and exchange heat sufficiently. In the end, the moisture in the material is dryed by repeatedly scattering.
